I recently had the pleasure of working with Jenn for the replacement of wall to wall carpeting in my condo to engineered hardwood flooring. I can t say enough good things about my experience with Jenn and the team at AB Concepts throughout this whole process. Everyone I dealt with has been professional, responsive and client focused. Jenn was able to help me hone in on the best product for my application. I am quite particular and Jenn was very patient in guiding me through the myriad of options. The product that was finally chosen was the product Jenn had initially recommended on Day 1! The new floors are beautiful and the installation perfect. Jenn was also very good in keeping me in the loop, and kept me informed during all steps of the project, from beginning to end. If I had any questions or requests, they were dealt with immediately and completely.
During these tumultuous pandemic times, coordinating and managing a project and its logistics is no small matter so thank-you Jenn, Brad, Will and Sherry.
It has been a pleasure working with AB Concepts and I would not hesitate to recommend them or work with them again on future projects.
