First time I applied, the recruiter ignored me. Thought I'd give them another chance, but this new recruiter then wanted to place me in Long Term Care despite ++yrs ER experience. Already had US experience but was told I needed more. Ridiculous. A hospital dismisses experience in long term care and home care. The money I paid for my certifications, licenses, and VISA Screen were not valued by this company.
