I recently booked a vacation package through a travel agency and had a mixed experience. The overall trip was good, but there were a few issues along the way. The website was easy to navigate, but the customer service was lacking. It took multiple attempts to get a response, and when I did, the answers were not satisfactory. The company could improve in this area.
