The Inn of Waterloo is a good hotel with plenty of amenities and friendly staff. The continental breakfast is decent with plenty of food available and a fair variety to choose from. Another nice perk is that there is a piano in the lobby that I think is accessible to guests, but I'm not sure. However, my room's heating could not be controlled and I had to crack a window to cool down. Additionally, the room's linens did not appear to be cleaned very well as I noticed a slight tint of yellow residue - likely sweat stained. I also forgot an item but it was considered thrown out, even after trying to retrieve it within the same day. Overall, it's a decent establishment, but don't expect to retrieve any forgotten items.
