I've had mixed experiences with Orrin Star. At times, I have received excellent service, with quick response times and helpful staff. However, there have been occasions where I felt let down by the company. One instance was when I received a defective product, and it took longer than expected to get a replacement. Overall, I would rate my experience with Orrin Star as average.
