I honestly don t think they cared whether I stayed...

I honestly don t think they cared whether I stayed at the hotel or not. I was met with indifference upon check in, and after a three night stay wasn t thanked for my patronage. That would not have been so terrible if the hotel was worth the expense.

It seems as if there s no desire to improve the customer experience, from small outdated tv s, multiple extension cords behind the bed, roll away cots stored in the hallway, and trash and laundry kept on the balcony porch in obvious view of any one checking in or out of a room.

And my AC unit never worked after multiple requests at front desk. Meaning that my window was open to better hear the passing trains at 1 and 5AM

I did like the creaky wooden floors.
