I hired a web development company for my business website. The end result was decent, but it took longer than expected. Communication was sometimes lacking, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates. Despite these shortcomings, the website looks good and functions properly. The design is user-friendly and reflects my brand effectively. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of timely delivery and communication. Overall, my experience with the company was average.
