I had a rather average experience with Pendle Vehicle Contracts Ltd. The leasing process was fine, but I encountered some issues with the delivery of my car. However, the customer service team was responsive and helped resolve the problems. Although it wasn't perfect, I appreciate their effort in addressing the issues. Overall, an average experience.
