I recently had the opportunity to work with a property management company on a rental property. While I had heard good things about their services, I was left unimpressed. The company's website, rh-properties.com, is easy to use, but their communication was lacking. There were delays in responding to my inquiries, and it took longer than expected to get things resolved. I would have expected better service considering their reputation.
