So disappointed in this company, from the local m...

So disappointed in this company, from the local management to corporate.
In a time in this country when literally everyone is trying to pitch in and help one another, this one is cold hearted and only concerned with policy and the almighty dollar.
Not asking for handouts or free anything but if someone test positive for Covid and can t move in... and would hope you don t want them to move in ... and simply ask they not be charged until they are out of quarantine. And you say no, you say can t prorate.. you say not your problem, you say it would be less than a 12 month less... and you DON t say .. I am so sorry I hope they are doing ok.. what can we do to help... anything that might reveal some compassion.
Wow... that is what I say... and you might want to remove from your website statement of Cord Values ... humility.. stewardship.. and tHat part about valuing the customer.

In all sincerity, ... bad management like there are FAR exceeds and over shadows any perk about living there. Avoid the heart ache and head ache and go somewhere else.
