As a customer, I must say that Highland Woods Condominiums Unit Owners' Association, Inc. has provided an average experience. The management team is fairly responsive, but there is room for improvement in terms of communication with residents. The amenities are satisfactory, but could be better maintained. Overall, a decent place to live.
