Unfortunately, it is with a lot of pain that I say this, but I was disappointed with the park on the visit I made on Friday 13/09/2019.
In May this year, I went to the park, and our feeling was great, I felt like a teenager, reminded me of all the good of my teens. The park was clean, well maintained, fast and efficient service, staff willing to solve our problems with agility.
the grade was 10.
I got excited, wanted to take the family, bought the promotion of the full car on Thursday (12/09), and to reconcile my day off with that of my cousin, were almost 3 months expectation, we took the nephews to enjoy the famous night Horror
Arriving in the parking lot already noticed that there were many buses (school excursions), so far ok, we think, full park is synonymous with great park.
To our sadness we found that unfortunately the park still does not have the capacity to serve a high number of customers on the same day, the problem was not the queues but the behavior of teenagers and children drilling lines above and below the bars, I and my cousin we had to stop a boy in the montezu line, who simply with a sly face asked us to excuse us in the middle of the line, and he did not like it when we said we were not going to, he bravely faced us.

Ok, after we went through this we went to ekatomb, which after 40 min. in line warn us that the toy would have a break of at least 1h, (since there were 30 for the technicians to pack and 30 more to allow access), Ok, we left the queue and went to lunch. Lunch was good, I have no complaints.

Then we decided to go to evolution, since it was not with a giant queue, and to our sadness, there was a fight of teenagers by 2x in line, because of breaking lines, in my point of view they should take the people who were involved out from the queue, and while resolving the situation with them, continued the activities of the attraction, but that was not the case, they simply made 2 stops to resolve the situation, and each with about
30 to 40 min. We stood in line for over 2 hrs.

The night of horror was ok, after all the frustrations, we were simply sold out.

On the site could have the information showing that during the week receive many students from schools. And also adopt more controlling behavior regarding queues.

Conclusion we went on 4 toys for a whole day, each ticket cost R $: 104 reais, we spent time and money on toll and gas, and we intended to return on my birthday, a group of 10 people next month; All of this could have been resolved if the sales office clerk said the park might be a little crowded, because they have control of how many people on average will visit the park each day.
I work in the hotel business, with market analysis we have to minimize our chances of mistakes, especially when we are rising, we have to treat guests, clients or patients (Whatever the branch), clearly, No more silly customers.

Unfortunately this time I do not leave my best text, I hope this feeling passes and we will want to visit the park again. I hope to change my view with the park, I still have that hope.
