I recently used E-Z Storage De Soto LTD for storing my belongings while I was in between moves. The experience was average overall. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, I found the rental rates to be a bit high compared to other storage facilities in the area. Additionally, I had some issues with the security system not working properly, which was a bit concerning. Overall, it was an average experience, but there are definitely areas where the company could improve.
