I m very disappointed with this facility especially during this pandemic. Activities assistant ERIKA never has my mother video chat ready when we are scheduled. When I do finally get to speak to my mother she says staff isn t asking if she would like to join groups such as exercise and birthday parties. I hear the lack of care in her voice!! This company seriously needs to reevaluate their staff!!
