I would rate Chat Monkey as average. The company website (chatmonkey.co.uk) is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found the customer service to be lacking in responsiveness. They took a long time to address my issues and provide solutions. Overall, my experience with Chat Monkey was not exceptional but also not terrible.
