Working with the ETW team specifically as it relates to suggestions about meetings and not conducting the typical "report out" meetings but rather focusing on what has already been solved, how it has been solved and what needs to solved next has been an amazing gift! We get more done, we have more participation and, clearly, we execute on more of the critical things that drive us toward our goals. Definitely one of the best decisions we have made is to engage the team at ETW.
