Solid image inc. is an average company. The quality of their products is decent, but their customer service can be improved. I had some issues with a recent purchase and it took a while to get a response from their support team. However, once they got back to me, they were able to resolve the problem satisfactorily. Overall, I would say my experience with Solid image inc. was average.
