I recently stayed at a resort and had a mixed experience. The room was clean and comfortable, but there were some issues with the customer service. The staff seemed disorganized and some were not very knowledgeable about the property. However, the location was great and the resort had a nice atmosphere. Overall, it was an okay stay.
