Randy was extremely pleasant and helpful in helping us make our choice with a good price. the delivery and installation crews were on their game, as well. arrived on time, got the tub in place and hooked up promptly. received an excellent review of the tub, its maintenance topics, and its functions. it was a pleasure to do business with this company.
