By far the most enjoyable experience I ve had during a purchase. After calling another jeweler close to where I live, and having an awkward/rude conversation with the person on the other end- I decided to call Henne jewelers. William answered and was helpful from the start, very pleasant and friendly. I told him I was looking for a certain Rolex for my husband s Father s Day gift, he checked to see if they had one in stock & They did, and he offered me to come and take a look at it.

When we arrived we were greeted by William, and John Henne, who immediately offered us water and made us feel welcomed, my husband and I had just came from the gym so we were dressed very casual- but we didn t get any judging looks from any of the employees. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Mr. Henne and William treated us more like old friends than new customers- we are extremely happy with our new purchase and even more happy with our new jeweler, as we are now life long customers.

I highly recommend Henne Jewelers to anyone looking for a jeweler. Beautiful jewelry, amazing people, and outstanding customer service. I can t say enough good things about this place. Five star service all the way around!
