I have been a customer of Telenetcom group srl for several years now and I must say that their service is average. The customer support is responsive, but sometimes it takes longer than expected to get a resolution. The internet speeds are decent, but there are occasional slowdowns. Overall, I would rate them as an average telecom provider.
