I had an average experience with Edoc solutions ag. Their website, edoc.de, was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries and they didn't provide the level of support I was expecting. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
