Beautiful campus, incompetent staff, such as Lorie from FAO. There was an error in my records, where I was due a $2,000 refund but received a bill for $2,000 instead. When I went in to explain the issue, Lorie told me that it was my mistake (it wasn t) and that if I can t afford to pay it, don t return to school there then shooed me out of her cubicle. SIUC used to be a great school, but staff such as that is the cause for their record-low enrollment every year.
