I recently ordered from this company, and I must say that I am extremely disappointed. The product arrived late, and upon opening it, I discovered that it was damaged. I reached out to customer service, but they were not helpful at all. They were unresponsive and seemed uncaring about my issue. I will never purchase from Prextex again.
