As a landlord, my husband and I chose D&D rental for their individualised attention to property management and knowledge of the wider Parramatta area when we rented out an investment property in Harris Park in mid 2014. We worked with both Michael Griffiths and Azzam Derbas over this period and they managed our property for the duration of this investment for just over 3 years. It was leased continually between two long term tenants. D &D also achieved a competitive rental return, that was reviewed when appropriate that resulted in a high return compared to other similar properties on the market. Any matters that required attention were promptly raised and ensured excellent management of our investment property.
