I had a mixed experience dealing with Alchemy Industries. While their products are decent, the customer service was lacking. The representatives I spoke to were not very helpful or knowledgeable. Additionally, the response time was slow, and it took longer than expected to resolve my issues. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
