I had an okay experience with Nova Property Manage...

I had an okay experience with Nova Property Management INC. The service was not great, but it wasn't terrible either. They were somewhat responsive to my concerns, but there were some delays in resolving maintenance issues. Overall, I think they have room for improvement.
