I am a loyal customer of Travis Lightfoot Platinum Fitness INC and I must say that their service is average. I have been a member for over a year now and while they have a decent selection of equipment, the staff can be a bit unfriendly at times. The cleanliness of the gym is also an issue as I often find dirty equipment and overflowing trash cans. Overall, I would say it's an okay gym but there is definitely room for improvement.
