Since the day our car was delivered to our home personally by Matthew Melshemer, the customer service that he has provided to me and my family has been exceptional. He has not come short of any promises that he has made and his communications are always prompt and thorough. When our car is in for service, he keeps a close eye on it, gives us updates throughout the process, and the car is returned freshly washed on time. Matthew has great knowledge on the products he sells and the company he represents. He is not only a great example of what customer service should be, he will go the extra mile. He has certainly gained our trust as his actions mirror just as he said he would be the day we purchased the car.
