I recently purchased some equipment from Xerox GNE and overall, it was a decent experience. The product arrived on time and was in good condition. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the information provided was not always helpful. I think there is definitely room for improvement in that area.
