I have been using Lean rei for a while now and I must say, their service is average at best. The website is easy to navigate and the overall experience is decent. However, I feel that they could improve their customer support and response time. Sometimes it takes ages to get a reply to my queries. If they can work on these areas, they could become a great company in the future.
