Review of Sheraton Vistana Villages

this place is ok, but the fact that their pools stay open late, but towels are hidden away....makes no sense for top notch resort.
the Key West pool, the towels are hidden away outside the pool area???
all week we constantly were asked by guests, "where can we find towels"?
our first night here, I took the kids for an evening swim....and then had to call up to the wife to bring down bath towels as they don't provide them after certain hours!
they make you tap your room key when you request pool towels, so then guests were asking us, 'do we have to tell them we retuned our towels"?
some guests we saw were actually going back to the pool towel attendant and tapping their room card after they dropped their dirty towels into the bin after they were finished at the pool.

I'm also a Titanium BonVoy member and they assigned us one of the only rooms that does not have a balcony.

hittin 80 degrees in December and AC units seem to be shut down for Winter.

so we in a room that's bout 85 degrees with humidity trapped in it, amd windows only can be opened approx 2 inches each, so we all sleep half nekkd with no covers on.

this kinda experience gonna have me going back to Hilton Honors real soon!
