Telling customers they cannot cancel unless they come in and sign a cancellation form is beyond unethical. To the average consumer they may think they have no choice but to come in, since brokerlink doesn't answer their phones, and that they do not know they can rely on sending a signed cancellation form by email since they don't reply to emails either.
