I wanted to learn self-defense and after researching different options, I decided to try out San Antonio Systema. The classes have exceeded my expectations. The instructors are professional and very knowledgeable. They focus on practical techniques rather than flashy moves. I feel more confident in my ability to defend myself thanks to San Antonio Systema.
