Goldmark runs their properties like the Mafia, they do literally nothing for you, they make up fake fees to charge you more, they give you ridiculous deadlines i.e pay by tomorrow at noon. Avoid Goldmark properties with every inch of your soul. They do not care about you or their own properties, their main goal is to extort as much money as humanly possible before you leave because you can't stand their horrible extortion any longer. the stories are true: Goldmark is a nearly criminal business whom should be avoided at all costs.
