The Collaborative Group is a decent company. I have been working with them for the past year and overall, my experience has been positive. The team is collaborative and supportive, and the work environment is pleasant. The only downside is the occasional lack of communication between departments, but that's something that can be worked on. In terms of rate, I would say it's average.
