I have been a customer of Pct Federal Credit Union...

I have been a customer of Pct Federal Credit Union for many years, and I must say that their service is average. The staff is friendly and helpful, but it can be difficult to get in touch with someone when I need assistance. Their online banking platform is also just average, as it lacks some features that I would expect from a modern credit union. Overall, Pct Federal Credit Union gets the job done, but there is definitely room for improvement.
