I recently used Alltours Reisecenter Heine - Ravensburg's services for my holiday. While the overall experience was decent, there were a few areas where they could improve. The communication could have been better, and the response time to my queries was a bit slow. However, the staff was friendly and helpful during the booking process. I would consider using their services again.
