I recently installed solar panels from a company that I won't mention here. The panels are performing well, but I have to say that the customer service experience was disappointing. They were unresponsive, didn't provide proper guidance, and the installation process took longer than expected. If I had known about Rare Earth Solar earlier, I would have chosen them instead. From what I've heard, they seem to have better customer service.
