I have been using Bitcoin Web Hosting Ratings for a couple of months now and I must say, the service has been average. The uptime of my website has been decent and the customer support has been helpful in resolving minor issues. However, there have been occasional downtimes which can be frustrating at times. Overall, it's an okay hosting provider.
