Absolutely one of the worst rec centers in Virginia Beach when it comes to staff, organization , and customer service. I waited one hour for a staff member to get me a day pass. Employees Elizabeth, Rene and Anthony (front desk staff members) watched us stand in line for 40 minutes because we were signing up for a day pass and not an annual membership.
