I had a mediocre experience with Bitgenio. The overall service was okay, but nothing exceptional. The platform was a bit confusing to navigate and it took a while to get the hang of it. The rates were decent, but there are definitely better options out there. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a bad experience, but I also wouldn't rave about it. Average at best.
