I recently purchased some resistance bands and I'm really happy with my decision. The quality is great and they provide an excellent workout. I appreciate that the bands come in different resistance levels, allowing me to challenge myself. The customer service was also fantastic, very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend Twist Resist to others!
