This was the most stressful unprofessional service I have ever received in anything in my life
1. 3 weeks response time to emails
2. Paperwork on the critical path filled out incorrectly 3 times and not informed of the delay
3. Lost Marriage certificate
4. Did not answer phones
5. did not call back after promises
6. No Point of escalation
7. Solicitor hardly working constantly on holiday or sick
8. unprofessional blaming external factors for incompetence.
9. Lied about timelines
10. Still waiting for responses to questions 4 months in
11. Lost our signed contracts again delaying the exchange

Right now we are about to lose our home we are very vulnerable with a small child and a baby on the way and we are about to be homeless thanks to this awful company.
