I would like to say the following about Cees van der Horst rental.
As a member of the activity committee of a primary school, we have rented a storm job through the Zoef.nl site for the royal games on 22-04-2016.
The order confirmation clearly states that we have to pay at Cees van der Horst from Breda.
However, we did not hear anything and decided to call on Monday just to see if everything will be on time on that Friday. No, no problem, the storm track will be delivered to Enschede around 07.30.
Beautiful! we thought. Until Wednesday at the end of the afternoon a phone came with the message that if we want it on Friday we first have to pay the full amount including 100 euros deposit. After payment we received another phone call that they could not guarantee that the rush track would arrive punctually if we did not pay extra shipping costs. Try to get extra money from a primary school for this kind of inconvenience.
All in all we had come to the following one. We could expect the storm track on Thursday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. There were no better times with this gentleman! No sooner said than done he will be delivered to school.
Early in the morning on Friday morning the volunteers (all parents) would pick up the rush course at school and transport it to the sports accommodation. However, it is not possible to move it normally without a forklift truck. Weight around 300 kg! and enormously unmanageable.
Because he could not return on the same day something that was clearly stated in the order confirmation, the parents had to come up with something to have him picked up again the next day. So go home with someone! Called on Friday before 6 p.m. with the question what time someone would come to pick up the rush track on Saturday. Between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. was Mr. Cees van der Horst's reply. Can't you be a little more specific? No it was clear answers. Do you not have a telephone number of the driver who will pick up the rush track? no was the answer again. Totally not customer friendly or even somewhat nice!

The driver was already with us at 9.30 am and was a very nice man. He apologized for the rigid and annoying attitude of Cees van der Horst. We have not charged him further. If we had wanted to be annoying, we would not have had to help him with the loading of the 300 KG that he himself had never received in the van.
Everything returned asked for the deposit. This could not pay the best driver, they were sent back by bank. Also fine.
However, two weeks later still no money returned multiple times by telephone contact. Cees van der Horst had promised several times that the money would be transferred. After three times, the money is finally back.
My opinion about Cees van de Horst.
* not customer friendly
* not accessible
* not thinking along
*annoying
*authoritarian
*rude.
