I have been working with Cottonwood Partners for over a year now and I can say that they are an average company. Their services are decent, but nothing extraordinary. The team is generally responsive and professional. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of communication and efficiency. Overall, I wouldn't say they are great, but they are not terrible either.
