I rented a car from Apex Rentals and it was an overall average experience. The process was smooth and the staff was friendly. However, the car was not in the best condition and there were a few minor issues. The rental rates were reasonable and the drop-off process was convenient. I would consider renting from Apex Rentals again, but I hope they improve the condition of their vehicles.
