The experience with Ultimo interiors was a bit underwhelming. The website seemed cluttered and confusing, making it difficult to find what I was looking for. The customer service was decent, but not exceptional. The furniture I purchased was of decent quality, but I expected better for the price I paid. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.
