After reading several of the reviews on Pikes Peak Harley Davidson I was skeptical about the experience that I would receive. However after being turned down by several other bike shops I took a chance and was I IMPRESSED! The costumer service and the repairs were unmatched! "JT" and I believe Cory the tech who fixed my bike were OUTSTANDING!. "JT" sent a truck to pick up the bike for the repair process. "JT" kept me up to date with the entire process related to the time and the specific repairs that where needed. Cory repaired the transmission that came from the factory completely inoperable (first gear was assembled backwards causing the gears to turn only in one direction). I couldn't have asked for a better experience from a more professional group.
I would HIGHLY recommend taking the chance to visit and if needed services to the Pikes Peak Harley Davidson store. They have definitely gained my trust and future business!
