I had a mixed experience with LOOKAIR. While the customer service was great and they were able to address my concerns promptly, the overall quality of the products left much to be desired. The rates were affordable, but the performance of the air conditioners was average at best. The reviews online were misleading, and I wish I had known the truth before making my purchase.
